What you write: your story idea, character notes, and any script text you type.
Photos you upload: used to cast you or a person you are authorized to represent as the lead. Some tiers require a liveness check to confirm the photo is you.
Order and payment status: order number, tier, amount, paid/unpaid. We never see or store your card number, CVV or banking credentials — those go directly to our payment processor.
One browser-local identifier: stored in your browser's localStorage so you can find your own orders when you return. It is not an advertising identifier; we do not use it for cross-site tracking and we set no advertising cookies.
For one purpose only: producing the short drama you asked for, plus the order handling, customer support and fraud prevention around it. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for anything unrelated to this service.
Producing a film requires calling external AI services, so your text and uploaded photos are transmitted to them for processing:
· Volcano Engine / BytePlus (video generation, identity verification, asset hosting)
· Alibaba Cloud DashScope (text and image generation)
· Alibaba Cloud OSS (finished-film storage and delivery)
· Payment processors (Stripe / Alipay — order number and amount only)
Beyond what is necessary to deliver the service, we disclose nothing to third parties except where required by law.
Your finished film and every asset generated for that order — including the original photos you uploaded — are kept for 7 days from completion, then automatically deleted from both local storage and cloud object storage. After deletion the link stops working and the film cannot be recovered, so please save it within that window.
Assets for orders that are never paid are deleted after 24 hours.
Order records themselves (number, amount, timestamp, status) are retained after deletion for accounting and legal obligations, but contain none of your photos or script content.
Temporary public image links used so upstream models can fetch your stills are deleted as soon as the job ends, with a separate sweep as a backstop so they cannot linger.
Write to support@aidrama.biz at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. We action requests after verifying identity. You can also simply wait for the retention period above — deletion is automatic.
Photos you upload must be of yourself, or of someone who has explicitly authorized you. Do not upload photos of other people, public figures, or anyone who has not authorized you. You are responsible for breaches of this rule; we remove content on valid complaint.
This service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a guardian's consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
