If our systems fail to produce your film — generation fails, the job aborts, or it cannot complete — we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method, with no evidentiary burden on you.
Duplicate charges and incorrect amounts are refunded in full once verified.
Once a film has been successfully generated and delivered, it is not refundable. Every order consumes real AI compute, and delivered digital content cannot be returned.
Dissatisfaction with the plot, visual style or voicing reflects the inherent variability of AI generation and is not grounds for a refund — we provide paid single-shot re-rolls so you can adjust the result.
For orders refused because the submission violated our terms, contact us and we will handle it case by case.
Email support@aidrama.biz with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 3 business days and, where approved, refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (posting time depends on your payment provider and bank).
